Golden Ticket

If you’re a fan of the circus, Play n Go have you covered on all sides. This game is reminiscent of old-fashioned arcade games with a lovely backdrop of lions, beautiful women and a mustachioed strongman standing beside the reels.

What is Golden Ticket?

Golden Ticket is a 5×5-reel video slot that runs on top of Play n Go’s software platform. The game features lots of different features, among which are symbols that are all theme related. They include, but are not limited to: top hats, iron weights, a ring master and a clown.

Features available

In playing this game, bets are accepted individually per round, each divisible by twenty. This means they can only be 20, 1, 2 or 40 dollars. There’s also a wide variety in terms of gameplay, with highly rotated payouts, advanced functions, bonuses and prize spins.

However, unlike most other games, this one has no active lines. Winning combinations consists of three or more similar combinations aligned vertically or horizontally. It’s possible to use the same symbol in different combinations (chain them), but only the most valuable in any single chain is awarded during a payoff. For instance, five aligned elements don’t guarantee a winning for three or four symbols.

Once a symbol takes part in any combination, it will disappear from the screen and the rest of the symbols will fall gracefully in the now empty space. A new chain may then be formed and the amount subsequently calculated according to the multiplier. If the player cleans up all the fields from all the elements, they are granted a prize depending on the size of the bet.

Symbols in golden ticket

The game’s symbols are represented by the theme surrounding the game. These include a clown and an entertainer.

The special symbol in the game is represented by the joker and an image of the coveted golden ticket everyone is after. This also functions as a Wild. This symbol won’t be able to form any combinations on its own, but will replace other elements, and help make paid combinations. Furthermore, when symbols make winning chins with a wild and disappear, the joker takes the place of the wild.

In one of the columns is the word bonus, which, should you manage to clean up from symbols, will trigger a session of free spins. During these spins, some amount of the bet will remain the same and is staked by the casino rather than the player.

During these spins, a new set of symbols is used in the game. These will be dropped off the board should they make a combination of five or more similar elements. Should this happen, the round will continue, but this is limited to a maximum of twenty in a single round.

Golden Ticket Bonus games

Bonus games, which come into play in the form of prize payoffs are provided if the player manages to clean up the screen of symbols. Free spins can also be triggered within the game. This game does not contain any additional bonus games.

Interface Golden Ticket

The control panel features a variety of options, including captures, the payment table and a section that contains all the information that you need to know. All of them are available in different languages, but of course, you should only stick to whichever language you’re most comfortable with.

The bet amount is selected by clicking on one of the five buttons inside the control panel. There is also a section dedicated to additional information that’s important for gameplay. This is situated above the bet amount.

Payoff indices are located in the payment table, together with a short description of all the rules. If you want to learn more or need help within the game, there is a question mark at the bottom right of the screen.

Basic user settings provide the player with an easy way to activate a quick game, correct a previously set bet and switching off background music. If you don’t want to go through all the hassle, there’s an automatic game mode, which you can use directly.

All in all, it’s an excellent game with a great atmosphere and original gameplay. The graphics are also quite something to marvel over.
